Dr. Harper grew up in Auburn, NE. He went to undergrad at University of Lincoln in Lincoln, NE. He received his Master Degree in Biochemistry from University of Nebraska-Omaha in Omaha, NE. Dr. Harper went the University of Nebraska Medical School and did his Residency there also.
