Chanda Anderson hails from Pierce and is a mom to five children. She has worked in a variety of medical departments throughout her career including ortho-surgical, medical-surgical, and as a charge nurse.

She is an active member of the Pierce United Methodist Church. She serves as a youth group leader and is a member of the church council. She also enjoys doing crafts, refinishing furniture, antiquing, scrapbooking and camping.
